What sets me apart from others? Over 10+ years of experience in empathy. My background is in IT support and it all started at Apple. Over the years I've seen the good, the bad and the "what was that?" My entire career I've been on the customer's side, cheering them on and looking out for their best interest.

 

 

I've learned to thrive in extremely stressful conditions.

 

As a tech professional at some distinguished companies like Cravath, the nation's pre-eminent law firm, I've learned to thrive in extremely stressful conditions and do what matters most: staying calm and getting the job done ASAP.

 

 

I'm always positive.

 

"Always be positive," my mother used to say. To this day, I see the world and people specifically, in a positive light. I focus on what I can do to be a better person, and what I can do to make the world a better place.

 

 

I assume positive intent.

 

I always assume positive intent in people. That thinking has also been applied to my work ethic and customer-focused interactions for over 10 years. Compassion, empathy and positivity have become essential in the last 7 years as I ascended the ranks within IT support to become an IT Director of North America.

 

 

My passion is to design with a global perspective, a little humor and a light-hearted attitude.

 

My multi-cultural upbringing and interests have sparked a passion in me to travel, live in different countries and learn various languages. Now, in order to make a positive impact on people, my passion is to design with a global perspective, a little humor and a light-hearted attitude.
